1. When measuring the antistatic property of the helmet, it needs indoor constant temperature and humidity.
2. The pre test of the helmet is not less than 24h before testing.
3. Two electrodes are applied parallel to the flat parts of the test safety cap.
The length of the electrode: 100mm ± 1mm
The width of the electrode: 1mm ± 0.1mm
A 10mm ± 0.5mm electrode should be placed parallel to the electrode material as a metal foil
4. The electrode and the safety cap are bonded with the conductive adhesive that is blocking <1K Omega.
5. The measuring end of the high impedance meter is connected to the electrode and the resistance value of the high impedance meter is read.
6. Repeated measurement of the exchange electrode.
7. Record the display value; the average value of the two measurement readings is the actual measured surface resistivity.
